At IROND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Non-Refundable Items

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.
• Gift cards or promotional items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
