At IROND, we ship worldwide so you can get your forearm trainer wherever you are. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it ships.
Shipping Times
- United States: 7-12 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10-15 business days
- Rest of World: 12-20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-3 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, IROND is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@irondforearmtrainer.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
